I am a PhD Candidate in the department of Epidemiology (Microbial Diseases), and I work on developing methods for understanding the impacts of climate and climate change on infectious disease dynamics, as well as the theory behind statistical forecasting. My background is in ecology and statistics/computation. While I enjoy supporting all of the interesting questions that come to the StatLab, I'm most knowledgeable about regression-based statistics. I have specific interests in Bayesian approaches, and simulation-based power analyses, as well as generally supporting work in the biological and health sciences.
